Refund Policy

Unfortunately, at this time we regret to inform that we cannot offer refunds.  We will gladly exchange product that is unused, unopened and still in original packaging, and in re-sellable condition. Shipping costs for exchanges will be at the expense of the customer.  

For product warranties, please contact us at refcore@icloud.com and we will do our best to work something out, usually in the form of a replacement product.  Please keep in mind that warranties are based on manufacture defects, and we do not cover general wear and tear.
