Unfortunately, at this time we regret to inform that we cannot offer refunds. We will gladly exchange product that is unused, unopened and still in original packaging, and in re-sellable condition. Shipping costs for exchanges will be at the expense of the customer.
For product warranties, please contact us at email@example.com and we will do our best to work something out, usually in the form of a replacement product. Please keep in mind that warranties are based on manufacture defects, and we do not cover general wear and tear.
