Unfortunately, at this time we regret to inform that we cannot offer refunds, only exchanges. We will gladly exchange product that is unused, unopened and still in original packaging, in re-sellable condition, AND we have been contacted by the customer within 14 DAYS of you receiving the item. Shipping costs for exchanges and refunds will be 100% at the expense of the customer, as we do not get reimbursed for items already shipped.

For product warranties, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to work something out, usually in the form of a replacement product. Please keep in mind that warranties are based on manufacture defects, and we do not cover general wear and tear.
*A restocking fee may be applied to a returned/exchanged item. Because we are a small, home based business, we do not carry a lot of inventory on hand. When items sell, we need to restock those items, so having multiples of a same size/item could result in a 20% restocking fee.
