Unfortunately, at this time we regret to inform that we cannot offer refund on orders paid via PayPal. We will gladly exchange product that is unused, unopened and still in original packaging, in re-sellable condition, AND we have been contacted by the customer within 15 DAYS of you receiving the item. Shipping costs for exchanges and refunds will be at the expense of the customer, as we do not get reimbursed for items already shipped.

For product warranties, please contact us at email@example.com and we will do our best to work something out, usually in the form of a replacement product. Please keep in mind that warranties are based on manufacture defects, and we do not cover general wear and tear.
*A restocking fee may be applied to a returned/exchanged item. Because we are a small, home based business, we do not carry a lot of inventory on hand. When items sell, we need to restock those items, so having multiples of a same size/item could result in a 15% restocking fee.
